Navrattan Holdings Ltd to Manufacture India’s first E-bus

‘Let Us Drive Together into the Future’
India is witnessing rapid urbanization, led to an increase in demand for basic services including housing, water, sanitation, and transport. The total number of registered motor vehicles in India has increased rapidly over the past decade. The rapid increase in private vehicle ownership is mainly due to the lack of good public transport facility.
Currently, there are around 1.6 million registered buses in India, out of which only 170,000 are operated by public bus operators. Only 5,000 buses are operated under a PPP model for city bus operation. There is a need to increase the supply of buses in Indian cities to develop sustainable public transport. However, the cities should have a larger vision to curb dependence on fossil fuel and reduce CO2 emissions. It is right time that public transport vehicles shift their source of power from diesel to electric.
Navrattan Holdings Limited (NHL) has become the first company to introduce and manufacture electric, composite E-bus in India. Navrattan Holdings Limited is the Science & Technology venture of Navrattan Group, a business group that is dedicated to bringing environmental changes by introducing Eco-friendly and sustainable technologies. The company is the research and development hub of the business group.

Navrattan Holdings Limited — E-Bus

Navrattan Holdings Limited (NHL) will soon be setting up a manufacturing plant in Maharashtra, India to produce and provide this revolutionary innovation in electric transportation. The NHL is the only manufacturer of E-bus in India. At present 50 buses are up and running across the globe that is successfully tried and tested over 3 million kilometers of distance. The idea was brought alive with the efforts of Mr. Himansh Verma, the Founder & Chairman of Navrattan Group.
Talking about the features and benefits of the innovation; The E-bus will be developed and manufactured using a glass fiber composite technology and modular manufacturing processes that are able to produce high quality and efficient electric buses. Navrattan’s E — bus has higher efficiency than other available electric buses as its body is made up of high-quality composite plastic unlike aluminum bodies of other electric buses. Fast and rapid AC and DC charging system for all types of electric cars and busses significantly provide cross-selling opportunities of the present products and services of traditional gas stations, large supermarkets, and plazas. The arrowhead framework provides for compatible management, remote diagnosis, RFID identification, standard remote supervision system, central accounting system, and measurement of real power consumption, status query via mobile application along with many direct and personalized connections with the consumers.
Electric Bus is a 3-in-1 innovation providing the electric drive with worldwide best parameters, composite body, and modularity.

Navrattan Group’s E-bus has many advantages over other buses:
1. Drastic bodyweight reduction
2. Less gross vehicle weight
3. Road friendliness
4. The modular system requires less tooling
5. Low cost of maintenance
6. Passenger friendly: wide corridors, a low floor for easy get in and get off
7. Sustainable and environment-friendly
Mr. Himansh Verma personally took interest in the development of the technology and is a guiding force for the Group’s business activities. Navrattan Holdings Ltd. is gearing up to introduce E-buses on the Indian roads in a couple of years.

Blue Crete Cement - Innovative Cement Technology

After years of research scientists have invented a new type of cement that is a cross breed of Geo-Polymer and Nano-Ceramic cement. Geo-Blue Crete is a complete low carbon alternative that looks, acts and works like Portland cement but has three times the compression and tensile strengths of Portland cement. It can be distributed in the same way, with the same equipment, at a low manufacturing cost. This new age cement is a one-part system that only requires a simple paddle mixing of its powdered chemical formula at ambient temperatures. The manufacturing process is not dependent on fossil fuels or large kilns. However, it's delivery system remains the same as OPC and the product itself results in a high-performance concrete at 6000 psi and over. It is water retardant, acid retardant, discourages the oxidation of rebar, and has a near-zero coefficient of expansion, which makes it excellent in below-freezing temperatures as well as in tropical regions. It does not trans

Rain Water Harvesting

Demand for water is growing in most cities as every urban citizen requires almost double the amount of water than a rural citizen. Moreover, India is rapidly urbanizing. Urban population in India has grown almost five times in five decades from (62.44 million) in 1951   to (286.08) in 2001. Not long ago, most of our cities were self-sufficient in meeting their water needs from the extensive urban water bodies to supply water to citizens. Today these water bodies have completely disappeared. Municipalities have been stretched to their limits to find water for the growing urban populations. Groundwater is being extracted by the government as well as the private parties. The term rainwater harvesting is being frequently used these days, however, the concept of water harvesting is not new for India. Water harvesting techniques had been evolved and developed centuries ago. System of collecting rainwater and conserving for future needs has traditionally been practiced in India. The
