The Power of Photovoltaic Cells

Photovoltaic(PV) Cells also known as the solar cell is an electrical device that converts the energy of sunlight directly into electricity. PV cells are made from layers of semi-conducting material, usually silicon. When light shines on the cell it creates an electric field across the layers. The stronger the sunshine, the more electricity is produced. Groups of cells are mounted together in panels or modules that can be mounted on your roof. The power of a PV cell is measured in kilowatts peak (kWp). That's the rate at which it generates energy at peak performance in full direct sunlight during the summer. PV cells come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Most PV systems are made up of panels that fit on top of an existing roof, but you can also fit solar tiles. Installing your own PV system means that you can generate your own electricity from the free and inexhaustible energy of the sun. A photovoltaic (PV) system never needs refueling, emits no pollution and can be expected

Team Work - Key to Success

Growing up in a small city, I often use life illustrations from that time to teach people how to be successful. Over the years, I would tell audiences that when you hitch two horses to the same wagon you get more pulling power than adding what the two horses could pull separately. Although I didn’t do any literal testing or calculations, I knew this intuitively. At 20, I realized that my success wasn’t going to be determined by my gifts, my abilities or my opportunities. It was going to be determined by whether I could develop a great team. This realization was life-changing which says those closest to you determine the level of your success. Ever since developing my team has been my No. 1 priority. Even today I devote more energy, more time and more resources to growing my inner circle than to anything else. The results are well worth the effort because of what my team does for me. 1. My team makes me better than I am. If the members of my team were here, they’d tell you th
